Before I start, No net connection to post these. Just had come to net centre today after 20 long days, so posting it late.
My spree of lie’s didn’t help me to stay in Chennai. Have reached Trivandrum safely but that too after a small drama of missing the Train. Will write off that later.
To describe God’s Own Country, It is no exception to the most beautiful Nature as well as Girls ;). Didn’t get much time in the beginning to explore the former part as I was busy oor suthifying (With my mom only. Didn’t go to many places. In fact went only to temples ) and exploring the office premises. Now I do have opened up my database. But the count here in Infosys is pretty small. So have to search in other offices which happens only during my lunch time.
To tell something about our office, We have 2 buildings here. Thejaswini (7 Floors) and Bhavani (6 Floors) (But i couldn’t find anyone with that name). We have our office in both the buildings. The first and the third floor in Bhavani and the second floor in Thejaswini is occupied by Infosys. I am seated in Bhavani. Lot of space crunch to manage which they are coming up with a new SEZ here in Trivandrum, some 3KMS from the current location. Lot of companies surrounds us(TCS, UST Global, Allainz Cornhill ............). The people here are so silent that even a phone ring would make them stand and look at you as an alien. So for a person like me, it is going to be very tough who shouts from one to the other in Mahindra City, Chennai. My drought (Project off course) which was on for 4 long months due to a very great person (My PM. Hope you can understand) has come to an end at last. Have got a project here. Going to work for a client called WAITROSE, a grocery shop in simple terms. A hectic project (as usual) and we would be joining the project in design phase which starts in April first week. They are expecting the peak size to go up to 45.
Now coming to my Favorite. FOOD. Lot of food courts, there are nearly 21 vendors inside Techno park. So you can imagine the plethora of options available to us. Chikking Chicken, Zero Degree, Baskin and Robbins, Bikes, Subway, Geethanjali, Rangoli, and lot more . Not able to recollect the names of many. But I feel the cost of the food is pretty costly unlike Chennai. To add on to these, there are many options to be tried outside Techno park which suits our pocket.
Have got a house pretty near to office, just 1.4 KMS from office. But the rent is on the higher side (5.5 K). So finally things getting settled. Let’s see how my life gets molded with time.
